Built by 1780; alterations at ground. 3-storey and mansard attic, 2-bay tenement on corner site. Rubble. Modern corniced chanelled ashlar shop at ground. Broad return with 2 bays and common stair at centre.
Timber sash and case 12-pane windows. Piended mansard roof; grey slates; ashlar coped skews.
INTERIOR: not seen 1995.
