Description

Dated 1851. Single storey with dormerless attic, 2-bay
gabled lodge, roughly T-plan. Coursed ashlar, polished
ashlar dressings. Gable porch in re-entrant angle with
moulded architraves, hoodmould and Seafield crest.
Canted crenellated and mullioned bay window to SW,
triangular ditto to SE; some small Gothic windows;
multi-pane glazing. Decorative bargeboards; coped
stacks; slate roof.
