Mid 19th century artisan late Georgian survival. Villa set back from street. 2-storey, rubble with painted margins and raised quoins of rather small proportion. 3 window front with central pilastered doorpiece, 9-panelled door with rectangular fanlight. Flattish piended slated roof and end stacks (rendered left and ashlar right). Reglazed, 2-pane sashes. Dwarf rubble-built garden wall with coping to front.
