Mid 19th century altered 20th. 2-storey, remodelled ashlar ground floor with decorative architraves, entablature fascia band with consoles over doorpiece; coursers at 1st, 3-window with tripartite to right. Tripartite 2-window gable to the Vennel and rear outshots. Reglazed,

2 pane sashes at upper floor. Slated roof, skew and cornice stack left.
