Circa 1852, astylar terrace of 6 houses. 2 storeys and
attic, 3 bays per house. Painted ashlar. All openings
architraved. Doorpieces with consoled cornices and
fanlights. Ground floor windows corniced. Sash windows;
plate-glass glazing. Eaves cornice; pierced roof
balustrade. Axial stacks, some octagonal flues; slate
roofs.
Formerly Great Kelvin Terrace. Similar in detail to
Lansdowne Crescent.
Part of B group with 3-25 Bank Street.
