Built circa 1880-1900 for McCorquodale’s Printers, this Category B listed building at 90 Maxwell Street, Glasgow, reflects the city’s industrial peak. Its ashlar stone facade and Victorian design housed a key printing operation. From the 1980s to early 2000s, the basement at 96 Maxwell Street became Fury Murrys nightclub, a hub for indie and alternative music, hosting bands like Spacemen 3 and Nitzer Ebb.
