Description

Circa 1885. 2-storey and attic astylar classical house
converted to flats. 3 bays, square plan; lower single
bay entrance wing to E. Ashlar, painted with linostone.
Sash and case windows.
Central doorway with sidelights, disc frieze, segmentally
pedimented, consoled. Plain flanking windows, regular
windows at 1st floor. Modillion bracketted, boldly
projecting eaves. Billiard room, glazed, breaking
through roof. Irregular fenestration to side elevations.
REAR ELEVATION: 3 full storeys, 3 bays with canted outer
bays. Narrow, round-arched tall central entrance.
Corniced wallhead stacks.
Interior: Columned hall screen with responds. Elaborate
plasterwork.
