Circa 1795 with additions of circa 1845 possibly by Charles Wilson. No 64 single house remodelled to form short terrace with 2 W houses (Westmost demolished).
No 64: 3 x 2 bays, polished ashlar, squared rubble rear elevation. Sash and case windows in margins mainly T-pane glazing.
S ELEVATION: plinth, 2 symmetrical, pilaster architraved, corniced windows with aprons. Pedimented windows above breaking through main cornice. Coped gable with stack.
E ELEVATION: 3 bays with central entrance. Doric portico with triglyph frieze, mutule cornice. Flanking windows.
3 regular 1st floor windows. Main cornice, blocking course. 2 tripartite full dormers. Slate roof. Axial stack.
Irregular fenestration with 12-pane glazing to rear.
No 66: 3 bays. Droved ashlar, painted. Central canted bay rising from ground to 1st floor, pilastered corniced outer bays to ground floor, entrance with double-leaf panelled door in W bay. 1st floor windows with aprons in outer bays. Cornice, central dormer, slate roof. Axial
stack.
