Description

Circa 1843 tenement, 3 storeys, 28 bays in 3 sections divided
8-10-10. 8 architraved doorways with fanlights and consoled
cornices. All windows sash and case in architraves; cornices
to ground and 1st, cill course 1st. Mainly 12-pane glazing
pattern. Gable and ridge stacks, some removed. Eaves cornice.
RETURN TO DALHOUSIE STREET: 3 storeys and basement; single sash
and case on each floor.
RETURN TO SCOTT STREET: 6 architraved openings; 2 sash and
case, 4 blind. Some cast-iron railings.
