Built circa 1880. Single storey and attic 3-bay villa,
outer gabled bays with decorative timber brackets and
barge-boards and iron finials, lower centre bay with
plain doorway, triangular dormer in roof; stugged
ashlar, polished dressings, mullioned outer windows,
sashes at ground, paired 2-light casements at 1st floor;
end stacks; slate roofs.
Low boundary wall to street, painted ashlar gatepiers.
