Description

presumably by Sir R Rowand Anderson, who was engaged
at Pollok at the time. Dated 1891 on single centre apex
stack. Lodge and gatepiers. Ashlar. Lodge is single
storey, rusticated quoins above string at cill level and
to doorway facing driveway, crests in elliptical panels,
multi-paned sashes, slated bell-cast piended roof. Pair
tall square GATEPIERS with urns, flanking pedestrian
gateways (the northmost linked to Lodge, the other is
modern) with monograms over lintels. Decorative wrought-
iron gates.
