Description

Earlier 19th century villa, pre-dating subsequent villa
development in the area. 2 storeys, 3 bays, L-plan
front, gable to right with projecting 3-light window at
ground, single window above with consoled pediment;
pilastered doorcase central. Painted rubble with
contrasting ashlar margins; sashes, glazing mostly
4-paned; corniced end stacks; slate roof.
Boundary wall to street, probably 19th century, but
raised in modern concrete and harled, as are the
gatepiers.
