Description

H E Clifford, 1903/04. Large 2-storey and attic villa with English Tudor ornament. Stone-cleaned ashlar, windows mostly mullioned (plate glass and small panes). Wide and asymmetrical advanced gable to right with asymmetrically-placed mullioned and transomed window, entrance in re-entrant angle with main roof swept down over; to left, jettied above ground floor, gabled, with timber framing and white stucco; red-tile roofs; plain stacks.

Stepped low boundary wall to street, gatepiers have gabled caps.
