H E Clifford; 1903-04. 2-storey villa with mullioned and transomed windows, and on corner site with 2 front elevations; upper lights small-paned; stugged and snecked ashlar, polished dressings; broad-eaved steep-pitched slate roofs; 2 bays to Springkell Avenue, the right big and canted, arched doorway on E flank to Albert Drive in asymmetrical gabled bay. Lower N wing.

Boundary wall stepped to street, gatepiers at road junction.
