Built 1869-70 as UP church. Simple rectangular-plan church on corner site, engaged thin tower central on W gable to Whitehill Street, with spikey-pinnacled top, belfry and shallow clock stages above (slated) main roof; entrance at foot. Halls and church officer's house to S. Ashlar; diagonal buttresses presumably pinnacled originally; hoodmoulded tall lancets to flanks.
Enclosed by plain iron railings, decorative ashlar gatepiers.
Ecclesisatical building in use as such. Originally Dennistoun UP Church. Alterations to halls, 1900, by Miller & Black, architects.
