Probable circa 1860. Large 2-storey late classic villa,
rough ashlar with polished dressings. 3-bay symmetrical
front, central porch of square freestanding antae, plain
entablature with bipartite window over, 2 storey four
light outer canted bays with cornices and blocking
courses continuous with main entablature. Flanks have
paired ashlar stacks linked by 2 arch arcade, 4 window
frontage with single storey 3-window rectangular bay and
and 2 storey rear wing on north west. Single storey
south east wing. L-plan rear elevation, partly harled.
Arched stair window with stained glass. Slated piended
roof.
Former manse now used as offices
