Description

Dated 1870. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement with shops at ground floor. Grey stugged ashlar, slate roof. Corniced ground floor, moulded wallhead course; architraved single and bipartite windows, consoled segmental and triangular pediments to 1st floor, plate glass glazing in modern out-of-character tilt frames; corniced wallhead stack, corniced ridge stack to right, modern coped stack to left. Close door to centre with segmental decorative date panel, modern shopfront to left and right; sin gle window to 1st and 2nd floor centre, flanked by bipartites.
