Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical villa with classical doorcase. Rendered and line as ashlar. Plain margins to windows; low overhanging eaves; quoin strip.

N (CLYDE STREET EAST/ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: columnar doorcase to centre, decorative fanlight. Window to right and left. 3 symmetrically disposed windows at 1st floor.

Plate glass sash and case windows at ground, modern replacement above. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skew, tall gable stack to right, full-width dormer.

Unsympathetic treatment of windows at 1st floor and dormer.
