Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical villa. Cream sandstone rubble, squared and coursed to S entrance elevation, ashlar dressings. Base course; stop-chamfered arrises; ashlar mullioned windows; overhanging bracketted eaves.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: corniced doorway to centre with fanlit panelled door. Window at 1st floor above. Tripartite window to left at ground and 1st floor. Full-height canted window breaking eaves to right with 3-semi-circular-headed lights at ground and 1st floor, cornice between ground and 1st floor; shallow conical roof with decorative brattishing. Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, corniced sandstone end stacks with moulded cans.

BOUNDARY WALL AND GATEPIERS: cream sandstone rubble boundary wall, semi-circular coped. Square-plan piers with corniced caps.
