Early 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay cottage. Cream and pink sandstone rubble, ashlar dressings. Raised margins; overhanging eaves.
E (SINCLAIR STREET/ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: modern half-glazed door to centre, enlarged windows flanking.
S (SIDE) ELEVATION: 2 widely spaced windows.
N ELEVATION: blank elevation.
Replacement timber sash and case windows, 12-pane to lower sashes and 8-pane to upper sashes to S elevation; 12-pane to E. Grey slate piended roof with ashlar coped stack to centre.
