Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical villa with classical doorpiece. Cream and pink sandstone rubble, coursed to E elevation, ashlar dressings. Base course, raised window margins, quoin strip.

E (WILLIAM STREET/ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: pilastered doorpiece to centre with cornice and blocking course, deep-set half-glazed modern door and red tiled steps; window to right and left; 3 symmetrically arranged windows at 1st floor.

S (W PRINCESS ST/SIDE) ELEVATION: 2 widely spaced bays, each with window at ground and 1st floor.

W (REAR) ELEVATION: stone forestair to boarded porch at 1st floor.

Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, rendered stack to S gable.
