Description

Early 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay house, part rendered, part harled, painted, plain margins.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: central doorway, narrow 2-pane rectangular fanlight, windows flanking, clock to right of door.

W ELEVATION: gable end, window to left, splayed wall end to right.

E ELEVATION: blank gable end.

4-pane timber sash and case windows, dark slate, stone skews, square gablehead stacks. Later fanlight to N pitch.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

BOUNDARY WALLS AND OUTBUILDINGS: harled wall enclosing courtyard to rear, single storey boathouse within, 2-bay, harled, grey/green slate, skews, later timber shed to SW corner of office.
