Description

Later 19th century. 3-storey and cellar 4-bay bull-faced cream sandstone tenement with shop at ground; ashlar dressings, stop-chamfered reveals; right bay very slightly canted back. Ground floor with ashlar facing; panelled door with rectangular fanlight to right, 3 single plate glass windows to left; each with broader opening below cill lighting or ventilating basement. 1st floor with windows to all bays; cill course. 2nd floor with large canted oriel window to inner left bay, panelled aprons; flanking bays blank with shield plaques; single window to right bay with broad bracketed cill. Plain ashlar eaves support moulded gutter. Stugged rubble return to E (corner chamfered at ground) with door at ground flanked by windows.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Piend roof, grey slates
