Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey (single storey to road) 3-bay house with basement; rendered rubble, ashlar margins and cills.

E (ROAD) ELEVATION: single storey, ground falling to N. Door with 3-pane fanlight at centre, doorcase with stop-chamfered arrises. Flanking windows small vesicas with horizontal cills.

S ELEVATION: gabled; pair of tiny oculi in gablehead flanking stack.

W ELEVATION: 2-storey on vaulted basement; rubble exposed. Glazed door at centre (steps missing); blind window above. Flanking windows to each floor.

Fixed timber windows with interlocking astragals and stained glasss to road, 4-pane timber sash and case windows to rear.

Grey slates; coped ashlar stack.
