Mid 19th century. Regular 2-storey and attic 3-bay pair of terraced houses. Snecked cream sandstone; windows to each bay and panelled doors with letterbox fanlights at ground between bays (right door modern). Upper windows against eaves. Piend-roofed slate-hung timber dormer to left. Regular 3-bay rear elevation.
12-pane sash and case timber glazing, casement to dormer. Grey slates.
