Description

Circa 1820. 2-storey and attic, symmetrical 3-bay E facing
house abutting street. Coursed tooled granite frontage,
rubble flanks; tooled granite margins. Centre door; 2
flanking and 3 1st floor windows, 1st floor window in return
S gable and also diminutive attic window; 2 later 19th
century canted dormers; mainly 12-pane glazing. Coped end
stacks; slate roof.
Lower 2-storey wing to rear.
INTERIOR: some beaded panelled window shutters.
GARDEN WALL: high rubble garden wall encloses property.
Entrance flanked by plain gatepiers closed by high wooden
gates.
