Mid 18th century, later extended to rear and refronted
c.1890. 3 storey with 3 bay shop at ground, mullioned
tripartite window at 1st floor and bipartite window at
2nd floor with gablet over; Rendered, windows have raised
chamfered margins, slated roof piended to west and south.
Front to Abbey Row: 3 storey, 2 bay, harled with ashlar
angle and window margins door at ground floor right.
Photos of c.1880 at The National Monuments Record for
Scotland show original appearance with rusticated angle
quoins, venetian window at 1st floor and single square
window at centre of 2nd floor.
