Statement of Interest

Grange Terrace was one of the earliest developments beyond Portland Road. However, by 1910, when the 3rd Edition OS Map was printed, the area had undergone considerable development. The style of the houses on this terrace is very similar, suggesting that it was a speculative development by one architect / builder.
