Possibly 18th century with later alterations. Single storey and attic, 3-bay rectangular-plan, symmetrical end of terrace house (adjoining terrace to E) with pitch-roofed dormers breaking eaves and single storey, lean-to projection to W. Harled. Eaves course. Rectangular-plan garden to W.
S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: deep-set part-glazed timber door at ground in bay to centre. Window at each floor in bays flanking. Deep-set boarded door in lean-to projection to outer left.
W (SIDE) ELEVATION: lean-to projection spanning elevation at ground; window in bay to right at 1st floor; gablehead stack above.
4-pane timber sash and case windows. Modern grey slate roof; traditional graded stone slated roof to lean-to; stone skews; harled, corniced gablehead stack to W; common stack to E; cylindrical cans; uPVC rainwater goods.
INTERIOR; not seen, 1998.
BOUNDARY WALLS: rubble coped walls surrounding rectangular-plan garden to W.
This end-of-terrace house retains its originality of form, the lean-to projection is roofed with traditional stone slates and the garden walls remain intact.
