This is a photograph of recently renovated Nelson house, the oldest dwelling house in Largs. Believed to have been built around 1800, this town house sits on mature garden and large grounds and has unobstructed river views. It neighbors St.Columbas church, an old red sandstone building with beautiful architectural features. Nelson House is currently the family home of the Loughlin family, who have lived there since 1997.
