18th century with later alterations. 2-storey, near square-plan house. Harled with ashlar margins. Door in bay to left of E elevation, flanked by small window to centre and larger windows to outer right. Two 1st floor windows breaking eaves prominently in piend-roofed dormers (later). Rear elevation not seen. Lower, later property adjoined to N.
Timber sash and case windows, 4-pane upper and 2-pane lower sashes. Pantiled roof with grey slates to dormers. Gablehead stacks and beak skewputts.
Sited at right angles with 16 Greenside, running to the rear of the latter.
