Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement with pend. Painted squared, coursed and stugged sandstone rubble to S elevation. Base and eaves courses.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: asymmetrical ground floor, tripartite shop front with modern wooden bracketted fascia. Entrance to pend with iron grill below lintel, and with deep-set door. Painted architraves to windows at 1st floor. Smaller windows at 2nd floor.

N (REAR) ELEVATION: stair tower.

4-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, broad rendered stacks to gables.
