Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay villa with classical details, now sub-divided. Droved cream sandstone ashlar. Base, cill and eaves courses, cornice, hoodmoulds to windows.
N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 3-bay house with later 4th bay to pend; centre doorpiece with fanlight, panelled door and 3/4 engaged columns, cornice and stepped blocking course. Regular fenestration. Slightly advanced bay to outer right with segmental-headed carriage arch, window above and stepped blocking course.
Plate glass in sash and case windows. Grey slate piended roof, end stack to right.
BOUNDARY WALLS AND GATEPIERS: rubble wall with semi-circular coping. Piers with chamfered angles, ashlar caps.
Noted on the 1856 map (with nos 10, 11 Royal Terrace) as Bellvue Terrace. Similar door, fanlight and architrave to Lindisfarne, Union Road, 10, 11 Royal Terrace and 63 High Street.
