Description

Later 19th century. Small, asymmetrical semi-detached 2-storey house, triangular-plan with curved principal (S) elevation sited on rising ground. Cream sandstone rubble, droved ashlar dressings.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 6-panelled door to outer left, chamfered arrises to surround; window at 1st floor to far right, blocked door to outer right.

S (REAR) ELEVATION: blocked window.

Rubble quadrant wall with ashlar coping adjoined at SW angle.

12-pane fixed with 3-pane top-hinged. Grey slate roof, mutual ashlar coped skew and stack, rooflights to S and W.

B Group with 16 Lion Well Wynd, to which No 6 is adjoined.
