Earlier 19th century, later alterations and additions. 2-storey, 3-bay house on corner site in irregular terrace to S. Ashlar, dressed at 1st floor with squared rubble to N and rubble elsewhere, stone cills.
E ELEVATION: timber door with plate glass fanlight at centre with window to left and triple window to right (altered), regular windows at 1st floor.
N ELEVATION: window to outer left at both floors.
Plate glass glazing in top-opening windows. Grey slates. Cavetto coped ashlar stacks with some cans, ashlar coped skews.
BOUNDARY WALL: coped rubble boundary wall.
Sited close to St Adamnan?s Parish Church and Church Hall (both listed separately). Reinstatement of traditional glazing pattern would improve character.
