C.1840s, 2 storey, 3 bay classical villa, stugged ashlar front, polished ashlar centre door-piece: round-headed with cornice and blocking course fanlight. Centre tripartite window at 1st floor. Eaves course with block pediment carried on corbels at centre. Slated bellcast roof, square cornied stacks at flanks. Large modern window at round floor right and big modern single-storey extension to west.
