Description

18th century. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement, squared and snecked sandstone to front, rubble stone to rear.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: door to centre, window to right, door and window off-set to left, 3 symmetrical windows at 1st and 2nd floors.

W ELEVATION: adjoining 24-28 New Wynd.

E ELEVATION: adjoining 34-36 New Wynd.

S ELEVATION: small window to left at 3rd with brick surround, window to centre at 3rd blocked, now opening adjacent.

Timber sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing. Corrugated aspestos roof.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

Statement of Interest

Unoccupied and in a derelict condition, glazing at the front largely broken, but a good traditional and restorable design.
