Circa 1800. 3-storey, 3-bay rectangular plan warehouse. Sandstone, squared and snecked to front, rubble to sides and rear.
N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: large boarded entrance to right and entrance to left of centre at ground floor. Brick built lean-to to centre and brick and corrugated-iron addition to left not included in listing. Loft door to centre at 1st floor, windows flanking, windows at 2nd floor centred above.
W ELEVATION: gable end adjoining neighbouring property.
E ELEVATION: single bay gable end; doorway to centre at ground, brick lean-to porch addition, windows at 1st and 2nd floors above, blocked window in gablehead, later timber-mullioned bipartite to right at ground floor.
S ELEVATION: doorway to extreme right at ground, windows at1st and 2nd floors off-set to left, window to centre at 2nd floor, opening at ground and windows at 1st and 2nd floors to left.
6-pane or 6-pane lower and 2-pane upper, timber-framed windows at 1st floor, plate glass at 2nd floor. Grey slate pitched roof, stone coped skews.
INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
