Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Lined bull-faced render to front, harled to side and rear.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 2 doors to centre at ground, late timber-mullioned bipartite to left, single window to right. 3 windows at 1st floor, that to centre blinded.

E ELEVATION: 2-bay gable end with windows at ground and 1st floors, window in gablehead off-set to left.

W ELEVATION: adjoining 25-27 Baltic Street.

N ELEVATION: 2-storey extension not included in current listing.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Graded grey slate roof, coped skews. Harled gablehead stacks. 2 rooflights to S pitch.
