Description

1934, Dick Peddie & Walker Todd, single storey,
detached bank building ashlar faced. Symmetrical,
5 bays wide, central 3 higher and advanced, side
bays with 1 window, heavy band course under deep
blocking course, immediately below entablature of
centre bays. Central bays have deep blocking course
and parapet broken in centre by large sculpted coat
of arms, flat roofs within parapets, centre triple key
blocked doorway with recessed, corniced doorpiece,
flanked by 1 plain architraved window each side,
margin paned glazing. Good Roman Doric columned
banking hall, partially receiled.
