Central doorway with modern door, fanlight. Single light windows, all sash and case with plate glass glazing, 4-pane glazing to 1st.
Coped end stacks, octagonal cans, slate roofs.
Harled flank and rear. 2-storey flat-roofed addition to rear.
Sited at southern end of an irregular terraced group to east side of Church Street.
