Description

Dated 1775; with considerable alterations, most recently 1990. 2-storey 3-bay flatted terraced house with steeply pitched roof.

Harled with painted long and short ashlar margins. At centre ground, panelled door with consoled cornice and datestone 1775/1990 above, 2 windows to right; windows to outer bays. At 1st floor, window to each bay breaking eaves with gabled dormerheads; gablehead panels contain rose, shamrock and thistle respectively.

Irregular rear elevation with door and window at ground, small window and box dormer at 1st floor.

Timber sash and case windows; 9-pane at ground, plate glass at 1st floor. Grey slates.

INTERIOR: not seen 1994.
