Part of a Group with Items 18, 23, 31, 48-53, 64-81, 86-94, 144, 212, 270-72, 280-289

Although the building is new, built by the Northern Housing Association Ltd from 1985-1988, it was nevertheless designed to replicate the early 19th century 3-storey and attic range which it replaced, and as such serves an important unifying function within the Georgian townscape to which it belongs.
