Early 19th century, 3-storey and basement, painted ashlar 4 window fronts to Rose Terrace and Atholl Street, channelled ground floor, giant order of fluted Doric pilasters above with wrought-iron balcony at 1st floor; blocking course at parapet, slated roof.
