Description

Mid 19th century (2 building dates) probably by Andrew
Heiton. Jacobethan of Burn School, 2-storey rubble-built. W
front has advanced end sections, that on N with straight
gable and ground floor canted bay that on S with shaped gable
and corbelled chimney breast 1 window centre with dormerhead
gablet. 2-storey porch projects from angle of S front, gothic
arch ground floor, V-plan oriel 1st floor. Ashlar gatepiers
and rubble-built garden wall partly retaining.
