Description

Andrew Heiton circa 1870. French Gothic, good detail. Large

2-storey semi-detached rubble-built with ashlar dressings,

twin 3-window bow features, conical roofs with patterned

slating and jerkin-headed gablets, 1st floor balconies: segmentally-arched windows at ground floor and 1st floor

of bows; 2 pointed arch jerkin head dormer heads at 1st floor,

side porch in re-entrant angle at Craigievar on N, roofs

platformed with wrought-iron parapet, slated roof. Ashlar

gatepiers, rubble garden walls.
