Description

Circa 1865-70, probably by Andrew Heiton. French Gothic
3-storey and attic office block with approximately
symmetrical front. 3-window recessed centre with shallow
first floor oriel, segmental pend arch flanked by doors at
ground floor, 2-window ends. Segmentally arched openings
ground floor, hood-moulded with bracketted and iron
balustraded balconies first floor, shouldered 2nd floor, end
sections have bipartite windows Wallhead chimneys, slated
roof, gabled dormers.
