Early 20th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house.
Rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete
dressings. Centre hoodmoulded entrance with panelled door and sidelights; flanking bipartites with shallow, chamfered
segmental-headed dormers; canted wallhead dormers in outer
bays and small gabled dormer in centre. 2- and 4-pane
glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
