Description

Mid 19th century. Pair of 2-storey 3-bay ranges with shops at ground, houses above (altered left). All painted ashlar. Ground floor with pilasters supporting continuous entablature, panelled doors with decorative fanlight. Corbelled 1st floor oriel left, other upper windows plate glass sashes with projecting cills. Cornice; straight skews; end and axial stacks; slate roof.

Statement of Interest

A good pair of traditional tenements, the fine range of pilastered shop fronts is a particularly fine survival.
