Mid Victorian. 2-storey symmetrical, semi-detached coursed
rubble villa; each 1 canted bay, 1 segment headed window, and
arched and pilastered doorpiece with cavetto splay, reversed
plans, stop-chamfered openings, slated, hipped roof. Flanking
screen walls each with bipartite and chamfered doorway.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. This area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
